Gujarat State Watershed Management Agency (GSWMA) is the nodal Agency for implementation of Integrated Watershed Management Programme (IWMP) in the state and its mandate includes planning for and development of all the watersheds of the state either directly or indirectly. It is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 on 20.7.2007, as per G.R No. GVK / GSWMA / 01/07/SFS - 42/KH.2 dated 12.07.2007 issued by Government of Gujarat.
